The product is beautiful. I bought one for my little sister to as a surprise that I'll give to her on Saturday. My dad is still with us (he's 82 now) and got a tear in his eyes when I told him what I did for mom. Truly love ALL your products. I purchased two of the personalized journals as gifts. Although I haven’t seen them in person yet, both of my friends loved them.

I was under the impression from the ad that you could choose the flower for each grandchild’s birth month. Would have been a cool more custom feature to add. Nice gift, nevertheless.

I really want to order one for my mom for Mother’s Day, but when I upload my pic there’s lines in our faces, and k don’t think my mom would like that. I don’t see them in these samples in the ad, are they removed or am I doing something something wrong?? Also, how long does it take to get?

My first order did arrive with the wrong image (another baby’s photo), but customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement. It took a few weeks, so I recommend ordering in advance. The mix-up does raise some concern about photo handling, but overall I’m happy with the product and would purchase again.

I totally love it! It turned out beautifully and also arrived rather quickly.
