Initially, I wrote a one star review… But need to upgrade it now to five stars! The link to order this suncatcher initially did not give you the option to personalize the name before garden… And as my grandchildren don’t call me, grandma, I wanted it to say what they called me. I wrote the initial review and the support team from immediately emailed me back and they’ve changed the order form so that now you can personalize not only your name, but the names of the children you want recognized by their birth flower. I am very impressed with the quick response time from the support team and also their flexibility in helping consumers to fully personalize this suncatcher 😃
